This interactive discussion is for consultants looking to up their game by assuring that the final written deliverable reports are of the highest quality. We will discuss several examples of how to make the final experience/report both impactful and sustainable. Make sure to bring some examples and ideas from your past consulting work to share with the group as this will be a highly interactive session.

Presenter: Tim King is a partner in the consulting and training firm, the Tupelo Group, LLC based in Burlington.  He is a senior member of the adjunct faculty team at the American Society for Quality (ASQ). Tim provides to ASQ and Tupelo Group clients an extensive experience from having worked in various management and operational leadership capacities in the private sector.   

Tim's clients have included: Honda Corporation; Petrobras USA; Green Mountain Coffee Roasters (Keurig); GE Aviation; various colleges & universities; the Food & Drug Administration; Mars Chocolate Company; Hewlett-Packard; VF Corporation, and various government and university organizations. Tim specializes in developing organizations and management teams in order to improve daily operational and strategic practices. Tim serves on several professional boards, including the Vermont Section of ASQ, and the Vermont Chapter of the Association for Talent development (formerly ASTD).
