An introduction to business ownership succession planning will be offered on Wednesday, April 19 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the Kennedy Brother Co-Working and Conference Center, 11 Main Street in Vergennes.  Attendees will receive a copy of “An Owner’s Guide to Business Succession Planning.” The special guest for this event will be Bill Cherry, Brewmaster and co-founder of Switchback Brewing, who will describe his and his partner’s decision to sell the company to its 30 employees through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan.
