Join Senator Patrick Leahy in Collaboration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the Vermont Small Business Development Center, the Arts & Business Council of Greater Boston, and the Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts of Massachusetts for the Vermont Launch of the Patent Pro Bono Program.

The Pro Bono Patent Program will help qualified Vermont inventors and small businesses procure pro bono patent prosecution services from registered patent agents or attorneys.

A Press Conference to announce the Vermont Pro Bono Patent Program will be held on June 22nd at 10:00 AM at Burlington Generator. This will be followed by micro-informational sessions run by the U.S. Patent and Trade Office

Inventors, small businesses, business advisors, economic development officials, intellectual property attorneys interested in volunteering and others are invited to attend.
