These foundational seminars in Project Management Essentials will teach you the key concepts for executing projects in today’s information and knowledge-sensitive settings. Realizing that most management activities are project-based, learn to plan and scope projects that stay on time and on budget to launch products, innovations, and other growth initiatives more successfully.

PDU’s are available through these programs. This series takes place on three Mondays: 9/28/15, 10/5/15, 10/26/15 at the Double Tree Hotel, in South Burlington, VT. This project management course costs $1291, and there is a 20% discount is available for UVM affiliates and their families and for PMI—Champlain Valley members, as well as anyone taking multiple professional courses.
